Most golfers don’t recognize the amount of physical demand placed on the body to hit the ball accurately and with force. During a round of golf this can be repeated up to 40 times and without the right strength and degree of flexibility the back and shoulders are placed under a lot of stress.Working with a golf professional can improve your technique, but if your body lacks strength and flexibility your game will be impaired.This workshop brings together the combination of expert golf tuition with experienced Pilates instruction to give a dual approach to help you improve your strength, flexibility & balance enabling you to consistently hit the ball further and straighter and reduce the risk of injury.
