PILATES for GOLFERS WORKSHOP
Most golfers don’t recognize the amount of physical demand placed on the body to hit the ball accurately and with force. During a round of golf this can be repeated up to 40 times and without the right strength and degree of flexibility the back and shoulders are placed under a lot of stress.Working with a golf professional can improve your technique, but if your body lacks strength and flexibility your game will be impaired.
