PILATES AND GOLF WORKSHOP

Most golfers don’t recognize the amount of physical demand placed on the body to hit the ball accurately and with force. During a round of golf this can be repeated up to 40 times and without the right strength and degree of flexibility the back and shoulders are placed under a lot of stress.

Working with a golf professional can improve your technique, but if your body lacks strength and flexibility your game will be impaired.

This workshop brings together the combination of expert golf tuition with experienced Pilates instruction to give a dual approach to help you improve your strength, flexibility & balance enabling you to consistently hit the ball further and straighter and reduce the risk of injury.

The 2 hour course consists of groups of 4 clients per professional and includes:

 

Video analysis of your swing

The Explaner professional training aid

The Rotanet

Huxleys modular putting green

Refiner hinged 5 iron

Golf competitions

Specific Pilates exercises for golfers

Pilates circuits for golfers

 

Take home pack includes, results of video analysis, golf tips, Pilates for golf exercises and

Pilates stretch band

 

No previous Pilates experience required
